If RevoluteX Digital LLC fails to deliver the services as outlined in the agreed-upon project scope and timeline, clients are entitled to a full refund. This includes:
• Failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe.
• Failure to meet the milestones and deliverables as per the project agreement.
If both RevoluteX Digital LLC and the client agree to terminate the project before completion, a refund will be processed based on the following terms:
• If the project is terminated before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
• If the client wishes to cancel services, they must inform the company or project manager at least two weeks in advance. This notice period allows us to finalize any ongoing work and adjust project timelines accordingly.
To request a refund, clients must:
• Submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund.
• Clients must provide supporting documentation or evidence related to their refund request, such as receipts or relevant correspondence. This information should be submitted via text message or email for proper review.
Website Development:
• Once the customer approves the mock-up designs and the project progresses to the testing stages, no payouts will be refunded.
• Clients may request a refund within 7 days from the commencement of the project. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Marketing & Other Services:
• For marketing services, the client may terminate the service at any time. However, if the agreement is canceled within the current month, no reimbursement will be issued. The client is required to provide written notice, which may be sent via text message or email. While future payments will be halted, no prorated refunds will be approved.
Once a refund request is received, RevoluteX Digital LLC will:
• Acknowledge receipt of the request within 3 business days.
• Conduct a thorough review of the project and the reasons provided for the refund.
• Communicate the decision to the client within 14 business days.
• Process the refund within 7 business days following approval of the refund request.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Once the SEO/Organic marketing services have been initiated, no refunds will be issued in case of a change of mind.
• Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
• Dissatisfaction due to a change in the client’s requirements or preferences after project commencement.
• Delays or issues caused by the client’s actions or inactions.
RevoluteX Digital is not responsible for any code optimization, site speed, or SEO issues caused by website redesign or development unless SEO services are purchased and paid for.
RevoluteX Digital is not liable if the website fails to load properly on less commonly used devices with unusual dimensions or pixel ratios.
RevoluteX Digital is not responsible for any copyright issues, claims, or other user experience issues caused by the design, content, images, or other material provided by the client.
RevoluteX Digital is not liable for damages caused by the interruption of any third-party services or plugins.
SEO results are influenced by numerous factors outside of RevoluteX Digital’s control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competitor activities, and market conditions. Therefore, specific results or ranking positions cannot be guaranteed.
RevoluteX Digital is not responsible for the effectiveness of content and keyword strategies if the client fails to implement the recommended changes or provides incomplete or inaccurate information
RevoluteX Digital will not engage in any unethical link-building practices. The client must understand that ethical link-building practices take time and effort, and instant results should not be expected.
